Stud Terms and Conditions
Sempers Spirit Stud Fee £500.00. paid to A.Chapman, address on contacts page.
He will be standing at www.equinereproduction.co.uk
Collection and Shipping £86.90+VAT per shipment, paid directly to the above stud by credit card before semen is sent out, so please call them and do this once you have sent your stud fee and nomination to us.
We can send chilled semen to anywhere in Europe the cost is £155 + vat, please contact us for more details.
The costs for dispatched chilled semen are to include the collection, semen preparation, packaging and postage. Please order semen no later than 10.00am the day before.
Please ask us for Frozen semen prices.
For mares attending stud where stallion is standing £500 stud fee paid to us and the relevant costs to the stud.
Fresh or chilled semen can also be collected from the stud.
We will send semen to any AI Vets or Studs that the customer chooses or mares can be sent to the stud where the stallion is standing.
All mares must have 3 generation parentage, a copy of which must be sent with the nomination form and stud fee. If your mare lacks pedigree but has performance please contact us regarding the above.
Stud fee and applicable payments must be paid in full and a completed nomination form be in our possession before shipment of semen is sent. If you are using the stud where the stallion is standing for insemination, please have your mare swabbed to make sure she is free from infection before you arrange to send your mare away to the stud.
Concessions : Mares who have achieved a certain level in competition or breeding or owners wishing for multiple nominations please ask for more information. Barren mare certificate must be in our possession before 1st Oct in the current year otherwise NFFR will be forfeited, there are no exceptions.
Please note We only allow free returns for the following year, we do not give refunds. Nomination forms can be downloaded from our website or contact us for faxing and posting. UCS accept no liability what so ever for damage/sickness or injury to people/animals/transportation or otherwise. Mares are inseminated entirely at the cost and risk of the owner. The cost of the shipment and collection fee has to be paid by the mare owner along with the stud fee. The shipment container must be returned immediately to the appropriate address after the insemination of the mare has taken place.
