Laura has kindly sent me a photo of Nebora, who she bought from us as a 2 year old. She has been to the Pavo Champs in Hampshire. "I ended up getting a dressage score of 28 and double clear. There was only 5 horses went clear out of 45 in the showjumping and so we got a huge round of applause when we finished. The weather was terrible and she was sooooooooo good. We finished joint 12th out of 45 not bad considering the circumstances. "

We picked Regitza and Special Design up from stud today, Special Design is not in foal so we shall cover her early next year.

Thanks to Millfield stud for taking great care of our mares, they have come back in great condition and the foals are easy to handle.

Regitza is scanned 30 days in foal to Sempers Spirit, she will be due begining of June 2008

Sempers Spirit has produced another great foal, the mare is called Out of Africa" by Amiro M & out of Farn ~ Millerola, dam called "Weine" that jumped internationally for Holland under Optibeurs banner with Jos Lansing.

After a very long search we finally bought a new hunter today, she is a 16.3hh bay mare, 9 year old, 3/4 TB and 1/4 shire

Special Design had a lovely filly by Falconhurst Repertoire, she loves being a mum and both are doing well.

After a long and hard decision we decided to sell Urbanus. He has settled very well in his new home and his new owner Lyndsey is very pleased with him. He will be doing some young horse classes and some eventing. He is still available at stud through us this season, please contact us for details.

Regitza had a very long legged elegant bay filly at 6.00am today, they are both doing well, this is Urbans 2nd foal and once again he didnt let us down. We have called her UCS Catatonia, Cat for short.

Urban came 3rd at the BSPS winter champs in the HOYS qual, great result, he also met up with his in hand sweetheart Heathersedge Eurovision who also had a good day coming 4th, although they didnt seem over the moon to see one another again after many years of showing together.

Urban is doing really well with his new rider Sarah Ambler, they won the LW class today and qualified for the Royal International. Sarah has had a great task transforming him from a lean fit jumper to a smart looking show horse, well done for all the hard work.

Sindy has gone to Millfield Stud AI centre in Keighley to be put in foal to the KWPN stallion Johnson.

Erosa has gone to Ireland to join Spirit at Lougherne Stud, she will be covered by him before coming home.

CHAPS UK Grading,

Sempers Spirit came over from Ireland to be represented and he was awarded full graded status as a sporthorse stallion in the dressage section, he has really matured well and gained plenty of admirers, he has now gone back over to stand in Ireland.

Sindy was also awarded full graded status as a sporthorse mare, she was so well behaved to say she has never been anywhere before ! we had a really good day, a big thankyou to CHAPS for ruuning the grading and a very big thankyou to William who flew over from Ireland to show Sindy and Sempers Spirit for us.

Urban has gone to a new yard today, he has settled in really well. He will be competing at some showing shows for the next couple of months before returning to his jumping partner Alex. We thought it would be a nice change for him, and try his hand at a different job.

Sempers Spirit is proving to be very popular over in Ireland, he competed in the Northern Ireland loose jumping finals and missed out of the top ten by 1 point, very disapointing as some in the top ten didnt even jump clear ! but an amazing achievement when over 350 horses set out to win. The both times he went out William came home with endless enquries about him, William said he just oozed quality and presence a real head turner, he is very pleased with him!.

Urban is really starting to perform for his new rider Alex Thompson, he has worked really hard with him in the short space of time he has been riding him. He is looking really fit and well and has been clocking up his double clears in both Discovery and Newcomers, he is now jumping Foxhunter level, the bigger the fences the more he loves it !!
